This site offers online courses (“School” or “Site”) operated by Eleven Eleven Foundation, registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, under license number 3263. The registered address is 2427ResCo-work04, 24, Al Sila Tower, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. “Startup Hero” or “we” or “us” are all meant to be the same and shall be read in accordance.

After the Access Period, the videos may no longer be available for viewing. Once the scheduled time has passed, rescheduling or cancellation will not be possible, so ensure you are available at the appointed time. Calls are typically scheduled for a specific duration. Please be mindful of the time and try to keep the conversation on track so that we can cover all the points you'd like to discuss. This is to respect the time of others who may have booked slots after yours.
d. Professional Conduct: Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during the conversation. Please limit your questions to topics that are business-related.
e. Call Format: Our calls are primarily intended to be audio-only. You should be prepared for an audio conversation. However, at the tutor's discretion, video may be used during the call. The decision to enable video will be made by the tutor. You have the option to turn on video from your end if you wish.
f. Language: The default language for our calls is English. If you prefer to conduct the call in an alternative language for which the tutor is comfortable, please make this request when scheduling the call. However, please note that unless specifically arranged with the tutor in advance, it is advisable to expect and book the call in English by default.

You also agree that the School and Site owns, and has the right to register in its name, trademarks and service marks for any category names that you create on the School, so do not use a category name that you want to reserve for your own benefit. We may use other trademarks or service marks in lieu of the category names that you create.
d. Publication by the School: Please be aware that the school reserves the right to publish the content of the calls, including audio and video recordings, at its sole discretion.
e. You grant to the School a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights, including the right to use, reproduce, display, edit, copy, modify, transmit, publicly perform, extract and create derivative works thereof, that you have in your Content, recorded calls, and User Content, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to any such calls and other User Content.
